This messaging program is operated by Jarrod Griffin (jarrodgriffin.com).
Program Description
This is an internal, transactional SMS notification service for my website-management clients. It is not a marketing program and is not offered to the general public.
Recipients are authorized client contacts — business owners and staff whose websites I manage — who have engaged my services. Messages relate solely to website-change requests those clients initiate.
How Consent (Opt-In) Is Obtained
Consent is established in two ways:
- Service agreement — Opt-in to these transactional notifications is part of the client service agreement entered into when a client engages my website-management services.
- Client-initiated message threads — Each message thread is initiated by the client. A client texts my number to request a website change and, in doing so, consents to receive automated replies (a preview link and a publish confirmation) about that specific request.
I do not send unsolicited messages, and I do not add anyone to this program who has not engaged my services.
Message Types & Frequency
Messages are automated transactional notifications — specifically edit previews and publish confirmations — sent occasionally, as needed, in direct response to a client-initiated request. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging.

Privacy
